- KIKristen Ingalls5 days ago5.0Burnsville, Bloomington and Eden Prairie(by Scheels) are the ONLY ONES I VISIT because I believe in the staff and the vision of the owner of those 3 locations. Always a good time, for me at least. The poor staff always seems to have some crazy Karen in there every time I go in. The staff is always nice and trying to being helpful but It seems to backfire when the Karen's are around. I've even tried stepping in to help the Karen's, especially the older ones. Some older folks are accepting of the assistance and others stare into your soul and make rude comments to people just trying to help. There was a language barrier in one instance and I offered to translate, and of course, a Karen had to butt in to the conversation and cut in rudely with "her problems". Instead of contributing to help or waiting- to the tune of "I don't have time for this!!!! ('this' being a respectful human being helping others when help is clearly needed.) Keep your positive vibes and good times going UPS Staff!! Don't let those Karen's get you down!

Went into the store to speak with them and the assistant manager said they will need to file a claim. After not hearing back for over a week I called and the assistant manager said we should be getting a check in the mail for a refund. Check has still not showed up and it has been two months. NEVER going back to UPS again. Very frustrating and disappointing.
