When I got the card I noticed it was clean open on the side of the Envelope like someone opened the side with a knife, when I opened the card the money wasnt there. My mother told me that the same thing happened to her when she got a package, her package was open on the side like someone was trying to take something out of it.

I just got a notification that he will re attempt delivery as the mailbox was full. I ordered a dog kennel, who is trying to put a dog kennel in the mail box. We had this before with another item and he said we had to come to the post office and get because it was too heavy. It was a yard umbrella. This is why I ship UPS unfortunately the company I ordered from does not. I tried to email in the complaint form on the USPS website. Got it all filled out and then "problem with submission, try again later." Thanks for nothing.
