- MCmichael cherryJul 18, 20251.0Thermo king is a rip off. If you want a part that is not in stock in less than 7 days, you must pay for expedited shipping. Otherwise, there is no telling when your part will arrive. Oh yeah, you have to pay for the part in advance.

I'm presently a company driver for Tournament Event Logistics and when I told management of the advantages and $ savings they equipped our new 2024 Volvo's as an aftermarket add on. There was an issue with my Gen III Unit with only 100 hours on it. And of course it was under warranty . My local dealer Thermo King Northeast is managed by Chris Tate, the top, award winning technician in the country, bar none! And not just Thermo King products but also all truck and trailer repairs. He's been my go to for29 years. There is NONE BETTER in the country. I speak strictly from my wallets experience. It's done right the first time, as quickly as possible as you and your wallet are treated with the utmost respect. Also a shout out to Brad his most experienced Gen III mechanic! And not least the rest of the service department, office and parts staff! It takes a village and they are all present! For some of you owner operator's and company owners we knew him because they not only were the Thermo King dealer, service point but many of us came to know him because they were also the Western Star Dealer! The best truck ever made! Many owner operator's and company owners that have not been through the area for a while, that location was known to you as Mohawk Truck owned by Mike Endres. WHe had moved it out to that location from downtown Buffalo, N.Y. It was originally established in the 1950's by his father & mother - Al & Lydia Enders. When Mike moved & expanded the business out to 50 North American Drive, he operated it with his wife & partner Terry, by his side in the adjoining office. It was a couple years after his untimely passing that Terry sold it to Thermo King Northeast a division of Divivo Companies. In Memoriam - Mike Endres - December 1, 2020 - He kept my wheels turning!
