  You would have a better experience and a better chance of gaining employment by holding up a sing on 494 or 169 saying looking for work. I have reached out to multiple recruiters directly, completely ignored. I applied for jobs directly from RH and they never acknowledge that I applied. Tear down the building and salt the earth underneath

  A friend of mine informed me she was notified about a remote job. She and I both live in AL. So since it was Julia who contacted her from the Bloomington, MN office, I thought I’d give her a call and send her an email b/c I don’t believe the local office in AL received many remote jobs. So I was excited to contact Julia. No return phone call. No response from 2 emails I’ve sent. I’ve worked with RH before at the Bham, AL location but I’m beginning to feel for some reason they just don’t want to work with me anymore. I used to get calls from the AL office for positions and now I don’t anymore. Now I will say they do return my emails unlike Julia in MN. However it’s always “I’ll have Kylee or someone reach out to you but it’s always “we don’t have anything”. I’ve seen positions over the past year that I know I qualify for but was never asked if I would be interested. Just tell me what I did wrong and say you don’t want to work with me anymore. I can take it. So I’m inclined to believe every review that gives low stars. Back to Julia - I called her a few days ago and the receptionist said she was in a meeting but to tell me she got my email. But she won’t reply back to my emails. So Julia Glodoski was too busy to reply back to someone but you have time, while in a meeting to tell the receptionist to tell me you got my email. So unprofessional!!!! TO THE LEADERS AND CEO OF RHALH. THE LOW STAR REVIEWS ARE GOING TO KEEP COMING UNTIL YOUR RECRUITERS ARE TRAINED ON HOW TO TREAT PEOPLE WITH DIGNITY AND HIGH IMPORTANCE. TELLING YOUR CONSULTANTS TO VOICE MORE OF THEIR CONCERNS TO A CUSTOMER FEEDBACK EMAIL SOUNDS LIKE A BRUSH OFF. NO ONE WANTS TO DO THAT. THATS WHY PEOPLE ARE WRITING REVIEWS. THEY WANT ALL TO KNOW HOW YOUR RECRUITERS ARE TREATING PEOPLE.
