Five days later I received a voicemail saying FedEx tried to deliver it and had the wrong address, so it couldn’t be delivered. I spoke to FedEx and they said they could deliver it the next day after I gave them the right address. Since I needed it three days ago, I couldn’t wait another day, so I had to drive 32 miles round trip to pick it up. I spoke to the shipper, who said “ I don’t know what FedEx is smoking. I’m looking right at their shipping label and it has the right address.” No one at FedEx would accept the responsibility or explain why I didn’t have my overnight package five days later.

I cannot count the amount of times I have watched them roll stop signs or cut myself and others off, among various other violations. I have also NEVER had a shipment from them arrive on time, including an instance where I paid for overnight shipping and they would not provide a shipping cost refund when the item was 4 days late.
