The management of FedEx must investigate and hold responsible those who commit such unethical behavior.. The thief who ripped my package and stole the merchandise must be held responsible and accountable for such shameful illegal conduct. This matter should not be tolerated if FedEx really cares about their reputation that they used to have where people trusted, admired their integrity, honesty and ethical practices.

I cannot count the amount of times I have watched them roll stop signs or cut myself and others off, among various other violations. I have also NEVER had a shipment from them arrive on time, including an instance where I paid for overnight shipping and they would not provide a shipping cost refund when the item was 4 days late.
