Not to mention they were friendlier than when I've gone into other locations, so i definitely will drive the extra 10 min next time I need to send something out!

However, I'm updating this review to 5 stars because I dropped off packages the other day and I'd made a couple errors, which caused more work for the employee. He treated me with respect, educated me on how to make the process easier for next time, and never once stopped smiling. Asked for a name and I believe it was Rin. Not sure of the spelling on that, as I didn't pay attention to name tag. This store is much better with him there.
