- VDVictoria DeVilleJul 30, 20251.0I find it strange that this post office says I underpaid for shipping and then charges my ebay business shop twice for an additional 11 dollars for shipping. The item was a petticoat shipped in a flat rate priority box for 11 dollars.. I didnt start getting these fees for this particular item till after I had filed a claim for something else yall destroyed. I guess you guys needed that refund money (30.99) back super bad. Its crazy cuz I ship items daily from Monticello and NEVER BEEN CHARGED FOR UNDERPAYMENT they actually have refunded me of over payment! And We wont go there with the way yall handle my packages but ill leave some photos of packages ive received lately.
- TCTara C.Aug 26, 20222.0I received a notice for a delivery/signature attempt in my mailbox. I have a ring doorbell, but it was never rung, nor was any carrier ever shown at my door! This is an important item I needed to sign for. I was home, and there is no excuse for this laziness! When attempting to call the office itself to voice my complaint, it is IMPOSSIBLE, so my complaint will be left here. Hopefully the owner/management will read this and speak with their employees about proper delivery methods that are REQUIRED. The employees at the office itself are always friendly and helpful. I just wish we had better luck with some of our carriers.
