The gentleman was of no help, whether confused or not...is an excuse thank you owner....for listening to your worker and not your customer, you have never even given me a chance to talk to you, so how can you even reply acting like you know what happened? Was your employee helpful, no, was he willing to help, no, did he care, no. When a customer comes and in and gives a scanner...the person shouldn't be rude saying.."thats the post office"...sorry but his attitude wasn't friendly it was like I interrupted his morning. It caught me off guard cause most of the time they were very helpful. The last 2 times have been a rather nightmare in this store. Sorry for giving feedback but it needs to be addressed. By the way the person that came in afrer me was treated the same way and left too! I followed also.
