- TJTanya JohnsonNov 28, 20251.0When we 1st moved up here they were great and very helpful. However their service has slipped. Usually packages from Amazon don't get delivered and we have to drive to post office to pick up. 1st they state weight limit and some were maybe 10 or 15 lbs. Then excuse was too many cars in driveway. So we moved them and they still made us drive to post office. Then a family member watched in the driveway the carrier go to mailbox and put a note in mailbox. He went to mailbox and note said it wouldn't fit in mailbox. So apparently carrier just took off. Instead taking just an extra minute to bring the very small package to person in driveway. What happened? FedEx and UPS deliver to us all the time with no issues

All because the shipper forgot to include my box #. The address was on the parcel and this only happens to a select few in my community .I am very disappointed in this post office. Because of her sending this item back even tho she knows who it goes to by being there so long , it has cost me time and money in receive my parcels. Please address this problem. A lot of places want the shipping address but not the PO box. Sincerely-Jack Spina
