The Indian Lady told me it would cost $120 to send my cashier’s check to Austin, Texas, and gave a confusing explanation about why it was so expensive. Even though I was hesitant, I was in a rush and decided to trust her judgment. Later, friends and family told me I’d been overcharged and that it should have been at most $30. And after doing research it seems I got played. That’s partly on me for being naive and trusting the best in people first, but $120 to ship a piece of paper is ridiculous. I’m disappointed in myself and disgusted that this UPS Store would take advantage of customers like that.
