They would not even put a small piece of tape on my package, and would make me wait in the even longer line to purchase. I just walked out. Will stop buying stuff on line in case the only option is UPS. it's not worth it

This isn't a negative, though, because they will give you a receipt for your drop off and the wait is generally short (usually 5 minutes max). I've never had a problem with the staff, but they are clearly working at their peak because this seems to be a busy store.
- NCNina ClarkApr 10, 20261.0Tried to return a $15 florescent ligjt bulb. Box was taped, but I wanted to leave it partially open if they had to see the product was inside. I was told it had to be taped all the way shut and they, instead of offering a strip of tape for $.50, tried to sell me a 200 up roll of tape for $7.95 plus tax, which was over half the refund I was getting. My son was driving me and we spent $15 in gas, trying to get this thing returned. DO NOT GO HERE if you are in a hurry or care about service. People are rude, unhelpful and shame on you, Amazon, for allowing your customers to be treated this way. No wonder their review ratings are so bad. Pay attention shoppers. Drive a little farther and save yourself some money and stress.

I drop packages off at various locations and have never had an issue leaving a package on the counter or wherever. ITS CALLED DROP OFF, ITS LITERALLY IN THE NAME!!
