  ⚠️ DO NOT get your passport photo taken here. They photograph you from a distance — full body — then crop it down to passport size. This reduces the image quality and results in a blurry photo. It still passes their own photo verification tool, so you won't realize the problem until after you've paid to print it. I wasted my money. Go to a professional photo studio instead.

  Apple Valley location is nice and clean, but almost every single staff always seem rude, irritated and has no custom service skills or they just hate dealing with customers. Every time we went here. We got the same treatment regardless who we worked with. We'll definitely go to Eagan location.

  I'm giving Lori and Mark Wallen 5 stars. I'm not sure if I got his last name correct. The other Mark has sunglasses on was ok. The assistant manager named Don was the most unpleasant and rude. We brough in some items to return. He slammed the handheld scanner after every single time he scanned the items. He seemed to be irritated and that we incontinence him by dropping the items off at the Apple Valley location. We still can't believe he's an assistant manager. We think they could have chosen a better staff to be in that role. Thank you, Lori and Mark W

  I was making copies with my mom, who is legally blind. I made a mistake of putting the copies face down, and my mom told me I could go up to the front and get credit back on my card. I went up to the front, and dealt with Lori. I said “I printed out blank pages, my mom told me I could get them refunded.” Lori replied with “Oh, she told you that?”, to which I replied “Yes, or you could tell me company policy”. She snidely said “One time exception”. I said “Thank you for your kindness”. She said “If you don’t know, ask”, in a rude way. I joked around (I am 26) by saying “Sorry, just a Gen Z mistake”. She said “If it was a Gen Z thing, you wouldn’t get a refund then”. This was all over 10 pieces of paper. Incredibly unprofessional, rude, and abrasive from Lori.

  I am using this online review format to send a huge THANK YOU to the staff and drivers at my local FedEx (Cedar Ave & 147th, Apple Valley, MN.) Our office uses their service nearly daily, and service is always great. The evening of Mon., April 6, 2026, the staff and Driver Mike went above and beyond to ensure our priority delivery! Thanks again!
