  Never a smile on anyone’s face when you walk in this store and I have been going here for at least 5 years. I have often wondered if management purposefully teaches new hires that skill or if management doesn’t realize that is a poor business practice. Today after they tried to charge me $2.00 for a small piece of tape to close a small box I decided I will drive a few miles further to the UPS off Cliff Rd in Eagan to do business. At the UPS in Eagan they greeted me with a smile and their tape was a courtesy and it was free.

  Horrible customer service to say the least!! They don’t even deserve 1 star!! Shipped a package before Christmas and paid for 3 day shipping. It did not get to the destination until 9 days later. When I went to the store at the beginning of January one of the managers pulled up the shipping receipt and told me she would submit it to UPS for refund. I have called to find out about the refund status and the same manager stated it can take up to 2 weeks. I called 2 weeks later and same manager stated it was approved but it can take another 2 weeks. I might add that every time I have called the staff that answer the phone are incredibly rude and will often just put you on hold and you will be on hold for over 30 minutes. I called last week and they took my name and number and told me the manager would call me back. Still have not had no return calls or no refund. This UPS store is joke!! They should not even be in business!!

  I have gone to this location for years simply because it’s convenient. I have been tempted to ask the employees if it’s a prerequisite to hate their job or lives to work at this location. Every single time every single employee has been unfriendly and rude. It’s so frequent that it usually puts me in a crappy mood when I leave - I don’t need sunshine and rainbows or conversations, but often I don’t even get a simple hello or goodbye. Management needs to do better at this location. Soon I will be going out of my way to go to the Eagan location, which I’ve heard good things about

  I had a very disappointing experience at this UPS Store. While I was there, the owner was yelling at his employees in front of customers, which made the environment uncomfortable and unprofessional. More concerning, the store lost important documents I paid to send on December 11, 2025 I only discovered on February 18, 2026 that my paperwork never arrived at the Board of Nursing. These documents were critical for my license renewal and included an $85 cash payment. Losing legal paperwork and money is a serious matter. I trusted this store with time-sensitive documents, and the lack of accountability and communication caused significant stress and delay. I hope the owner improves how the store is managed and treats both employees and customers with professionalism.

  I wouldn't even give you one star sir, I was in the store today and a lady came in with a three or four year old little boy, she was carrying a box the size of a microwave, the little boy "touched" one of the precious velvet ropes (which the owner has several signs attached that say ^do not touch^), ok the little boy can't read yet, right? He touched one of the ropes and the owner came running out of the back room shouting "don't touch the ropes!" The child cannot read! The mother was fearful for her son and asked the owner to please not put his hands on her son, that he was autistic. He preceded to yell at her and get out of my store and I'll even hold the door for you, etc etc. I've never witnessed such rabid behavior by a store owner, scared me, the little boy and his mother and probably every person in there! Sir, you have no business treating the public that way. I will drive out of my way to avoid this place. Just a word of caution if you choose to go there, DON'T TOUCH HIS ROPES! and don't ever ask for tape, always bring your own. I feel bad for his employees, I bet he scares the xyz out of them
