After standing there for what felt like a century, I was told that the notary was not there and that I should call first to make sure that they are working that day before coming in. Not impressed that they advertise that they have a service, but only have the service sometimes. Total waste of my time.

Yes, UPS is pricey-- that isn't unique to this location. I was quoted $7 for a small bag and $14 for a small box to ship a package back. I was annoyed and decided to go home and find one myself, but I didn't take it out on the customer service person who was just following her company's pricing policies. And yes, you should have your bar code and package ready and know what you're there to do prior to reaching the service counter. Dealing with hundreds of people a day, some of which are rude or just clueless, cannot be easy. I've used this locations dozens of times and found it to be fast and efficient. They could maybe be a little friendlier, but again, I'm just there to mail a package, not for warm fuzzies.
