Said she has heard many many times the horrible experiences from this UPS location. Too bad you can't give less than 1 star. I left my last HORRIBLE review of this place a couple years ago & thought maybe this time, the experience would be better. Unfortunately not. Just left here with a simple return. The man working was extremely RUDE and condescending. It's really unfortunate how awful this place is. Might want to drive out of your way to visit another location.....any location, literally any other one than this.

When I called to follow up, they put me on hold for 20min only to hang up on me. Now I’m having to just physically go back to the store to see if they lost my $1k worths package.

Fortunately there was a long line so he embarrassed himself in front of othwr customers. Ended up going to burnsville location and experience was polar opposite. Highly recommend going to Burnsville location instead of this place

I got the price and I just asked why (it was my first time mailing a package) and he explained and it made sense and I said my mom is covering the shipping costs let me just confirm if that price is okay, so I was texting her and he was saying something about saving money but I didn't catch it since I was texting and I asked him to repeat himself and he turned the screen around and cancelled the shipment order and said I can come back once I figure it out. I was so upset the whole interaction was maybe 3-4 minutes and my mom was texting me back at that moment so I said just one moment and he declined and said come back later. I've never had that experience with customer service before! He was just rude rude rude! I just needed a moment but I left and the mail and shipping store across the street was WAY nicer and cheaper
