Today a process that I have done for years, the counter person told me I cannot do that unless I have an account setup. I'll go to another location and ship my package.

I don’t leave reviews but the older gentleman was less excited about their customer service and more excited he didn’t have to work.

I strongly recommend taking your business to another location, as the level of rudeness and lack of basic customer service here was honestly shocking. The older employee named Don, who has been mentioned repeatedly in other reviews, was openly abrasive, dismissive, and appeared genuinely annoyed by customers, barely making eye contact and speaking in a manner that was uncomfortable and unprofessional. Unfortunately, this seems to be a known issue rather than an isolated incident. I later spoke with Mark, the store manager, expecting some acknowledgment or concern, but it was clear that this behavior is tolerated, if not accepted, which speaks volumes about the management and overall culture of this location. If you value respectful service and being treated like a customer rather than a nuisance, do yourself a favor and spend your money elsewhere.
