She was over the top helpful with my lack of shipping knowledge, and having to switch packaging in the office. She had more than enough patience to go out of her way to explain shipping processes to me and more. And the cherry on top she was sweet to everyone else who was there and gave my two kiddos a sticker 🫶🏻.

She was incredibly condescending and not helpful at all. I don’t go to the Post Office often so was looking for some help and guidance. Instead, she made me feel like an idiot. I even told her at one point she was being rude, and she couldn’t believe I said that. Totally tone deaf. Finally a nice gentleman tried to give me some advice and she literally turned to him and said it wasn’t their job to explain things to me…Crazy. Talked to some neighbors after and they also had similar stories. Avoid! Won’t be coming back.
