- STSandra ThurmanSep 8, 20205.0Ada, Minnesota post office is the BEST!!! I had a lost UPS parcel and was not getting ANY help from UPS to find my package. I called USPS for their assistance even though I didn't mail it through them and THANKFULLY there was a carrier who cared. He found the parcel that was misdelivered by UPS and brought it to the post office for me. THEN the postmaster was kind enough to give it back to UPS so they could return it to me. What an exceptional staff. Kind, courteous and caring. I will use USPS EVERY time I can!!!
