- RWRachelle WellingDec 11, 20251.0I’ve dealt with 3 individuals at this post office: a man that’s sooooo nice, a woman with very short hair who is also nice, and another woman with short/medium hair who is extremely unkind. Unfortunately I’ve had multiple exchanges with her that were just awful from a customer service perspective, zero empathy and does not want to help you, which is why this is a 1 star review. I will drive out of my way if I can to go to another location, that’s how bad it is.

Even though he couldn't get an answer right away, he took my phone number and said he would check into my missing package. He also told me large companies are swamped with returns after Christmas (mine was returned before this), and his reassurance made me feel better. I wish I could remember his name, but he told me he's worked for the post office for 31 years. I appreciate his effort and wanted to say thank you again.
