She helped me figure out which form I needed to fill out for my particular situation. She was super friendly and so helpful. After leaving the Saline post office with no help at all, this was very refreshing!

This is the only location I found with walk in hours that work within my schedule. When I walked in they took 3 appointments in front of me (mind you there are only 2 hours for walk ins available) The lady was extremely rude telling me if I have time I’ll get to you but if not oh well. Why have walk in hours if your going to take appointments as well???? Very rude and unprofessional
