- AMAddie Massey2 days ago1.0I have been at this address for five years and have had issues with my mail. I changed my address back from a PO. BOX THREE MONTHS AGO 90 DAY FROM THIS DATE 8-25-25 AND EVERY OTHER WEEK I HAVE TO GO AND PROVIDE MY ID. And fill out a change of address card I call company and they are telling me that, nny mail have been sent back to them. Who do I tell about these incidents? I need for this mail office to be investigated because I have to get my card special delived. Because they wouldn't allow me to get them at my Po. Box. Please help! Thank you for your help in advance
