Doesn’t wanna answer simple questions and will ignore you and do other stuff while they’re “helping you”. Especially the old ladies upfront I hope she realize that she’s not all that you work at USPS relax. Not only she was rude but at the end of the return they ask you about ur experience she literally clicked on the smiley face soooo fast bc that lady knewww what I was going to put for her costumer service

BOX THREE MONTHS AGO 90 DAY FROM THIS DATE 8-25-25 AND EVERY OTHER WEEK I HAVE TO GO AND PROVIDE MY ID. And fill out a change of address card I call company and they are telling me that, nny mail have been sent back to them. Who do I tell about these incidents? I need for this mail office to be investigated because I have to get my card special delived. Because they wouldn't allow me to get them at my Po. Box. Please help! Thank you for your help in advance
