They don’t like doing their job, every day they’re telling us to come the next day because they “don’t have time” but everytime we come in they’re on their phone. All 3 girls are inconsiderate, whoever the manager is this is definitely their fault. Keep an eye on your employees. Whoever walks in they wanna talk about “this is a government place” yeah, the one I’m also walking in with MY own money and the time you keep wasting. Theyre better off if they close this place and turn it into a McDonald’s era.
- CWCrimson WrightJun 24, 20251.0Possibly the worst experience I’ve had with customer service. While the place looks organized, it’s obvious the employees are anything but that. Went to get passports and was told to redo forms for a small mistake. Not that it was misspelled but the pen was layered on too thick in one spot. These workers will find any reason to send you away so they don’t have to put in the effort to work for their money. Being a customer service employee myself who doesn’t get paid nearly enough, this is vile. Some days I come to work feeling horrible, but at least I have enough humanity to know my clients have nothing to do with how miserable I am. Shame on these workers, and shame on the manager who indulges this behavior in her work environment. I know she does, as she did right in front of us. This is not the only bad experience I’ve had with these employees, but I was willing to give more than second chances. When I say employees, I mean all of them.
