Basically get the run around when you try to call the main line to speak to customer service with a wait time of 40-50 minutes?! Who has time for that? So basically you're screwed if you need to complain about something, because nothing gets done about it, and they make it near impossible to make a formal complaint. Ridiculous!!

I clearly explained I DID NOT want the mail coming back to me at my current address. He had no idea what he was doing and stated that to my friend and I, also while saying his supervisor made him do everything while they were on break. I understand this location offers limited services but that doesn’t mean subpar customer service and standards. Never returning.

Getting totally sick of it and whenever I call they dont answer or have horrid customer service people! I have gotta a flag for our porch mail box since that was an issue and even now they still dont get my mail. I wish I could change our mail people!!!!
