- AAARaeJan 20, 20261.0I live at Hom Flats and have had repeated issues with my mail being delivered in a ripped or visibly tampered condition, specifically envelopes containing my check stubs. This has happened multiple times. Because the primary mail carrier assigned to this location has prior personal familiarity with me, this situation is especially concerning. I expect my mail to be delivered intact and with professionalism. Mail tampering is a serious matter. If this issue continues, I will be forced to pursue the appropriate formal and legal channels to protect my privacy and rights.
