UPS website mentioned my package was delivered. I called ahead to ask before I drove 20minutes from work. I was put to voice mail. I drove to the UPS store, empty store with four employees.
Not sure why we can't answer a phone call but customer service needs improvement.
The guy was able to help in-person but I wish I didn't have to drive 20minutes from work.

Never order a package through UPS. They can’t seem to do their job appropriately. I haven’t received a package due to bad weather but it’s been perfect out the last 3 days.

Ups waits till the last mintue to change there minds and decides my package wont come on the day it says now I gotta wait till Monday witch I gotta work and this package needs someone to sign for, Not to mention I call the wyoming location over and over and no one picks up. I hate ups

This UPS Store deserves far below 5 stars when satisfying the customers needs by even the store manager who lacks knowledge of UPS Policy and Procedures as they relate to the selection of deliver options meeting the needs of the customer. To have the equal package addressed much father from shipping location Texas and Arkansas cost more from shorter occurred when I shipped out of Michigan a far short distance. The manager comprehension of the days of the week was severely misunderstood causing me to pay repeatedly re-delivery on Saturday delivery not to occur on Monday only to discover his choice for my needed delivery on Saturday for a young child cost me a shipping choice he made which mandated not being able to deliver the package on a Saturday. I highly advise to stay clear of this store which will plow you under with false looks from even other customers who seemed to have looks on their faces asking themselves what you will be "Why did I choose this store for my delivery option when I could go to the USPS where I might get better service at a lower cost?" considering UPS uses the USPS to ship their deliveries air freight increasing the cost to the customer who uses UPS.
