- U1User 1Nov 5, 20251.0It's not surprising that the UPS store has only received 3.5 rating Stars, which I'm surprised it's even that high. I talked to the owner and she was really rude to me on the phone after I told her it's not reasonable to charge customers $2 to print one piece of paper which was for a label. I told her she lost about $50 prop for me to ship a package and all she cared about was telling me that I can print it for free at home. But I didn't want to go all the way home and print it and come all the way back since I was in a hurry. Guys it's cheaper just to mail out your packages at the regular post office this place has enough charge for everything! And one other time I was at this place they weighed my package and it would have been one postage stamp but they told me it needs to have two just in case it gets sent back and I said no I'm only going to pay for one postage and it never came back. So you can see they're trying to steal more money from people! Another thing, when they respond to bad reviews it's just lip service and that's all it is they don't care about the customer they just care about a profit and they don't care about being nice either!

Charged me $60 for a next day delivery, never told me they will send it to USPS for delivery; that is something that I could have done on my own. Needless to say, the envelope was not delivered next day. Rude when I complained. Next time, it will be FedEx. Do not ask what 'brown can do for you,' to use their words, UPS can't do squat... incompetent and lazy.

I have the pictures from the delivery company and also pictures that it’s sitting on the counter and you can see the blue shirt they all wear, but they still claimed that it did not get delivered and trying to blame the delivery company instead of apologizing and saying we lost it, that would’ve been much better, for them to except responsibility then to blame the delivery company that sent the email and pictures.
