  This UPS Store deserves far below 5 stars when satisfying the customers needs by even the store manager who lacks knowledge of UPS Policy and Procedures as they relate to the selection of deliver options meeting the needs of the customer. To have the equal package addressed much father from shipping location Texas and Arkansas cost more from shorter occurred when I shipped out of Michigan a far short distance. The manager comprehension of the days of the week was severely misunderstood causing me to pay repeatedly re-delivery on Saturday delivery not to occur on Monday only to discover his choice for my needed delivery on Saturday for a young child cost me a shipping choice he made which mandated not being able to deliver the package on a Saturday. I highly advise to stay clear of this store which will plow you under with false looks from even other customers who seemed to have looks on their faces asking themselves what you will be "Why did I choose this store for my delivery option when I could go to the USPS where I might get better service at a lower cost?" considering UPS uses the USPS to ship their deliveries air freight increasing the cost to the customer who uses UPS.

  Staff is mad chill fr bruh. No cap they’re fast and friendly bruh. 10/10 would go out of my way to come here, Not even glazing bruh!

  Not sure if she works at this store but Kelly Barker from one of them was amazing, helpful, and kind. Don't know if she is a dispatcher or what but she was AWESOME!

  Staff was either clueless about how to help or unwilling. I asked if they would look into why I have had a package delayed 4 times for inclement weather when the truck was in the Wymoning distro center and there wasn't incl I mate weather, and if I could just go pick it up or have it delivered to this store, I was told there was a 1 800 number and that's it. When I explained that I wasn't getting answers there and that was why I tried to locate a human, not an endless cycle of AI trash on the phone, I was told there was nothing they could do. I asked if there was a different way to contact customer service of if they knew of another way to find my items that were legitimately in the same city as they've been here for 4 days. Nope. Just kept spouting that there was a 1 800 number. I asked if there was anything else I could do. It was almost like speaking to a wall while the other person looked around confused pigeon. 2 stars for not screaming.
