  The employees here are disgusting. I was here with 10min left before closing and retuned one item and my phone wasn’t loading for my second so I stepped outside to get it to work and Bob literally walked up behind me and locked the door. Still had 5min left before they closed but there went that. Hoping this review gets back to Bob and his management team because this guy needs a talking to. Lord knows if he were fired he probably wouldn’t be able to get a job anywhere else with his poor people skills.

  Great customer service here! Immense help was provided in finding proper-fit packaging to ship a pool stick to a customer. Very happy with the level of service I received and I highly recommend! I did not catch the name of the lady that helped me but she should be commended for her outgoing demeanor, positive attitude and expert care.

  Went in on a Saturday at 10:30. There were 9 people in front of me and 4 behind me. One person working. He was rude, slow as could be and had no sense of urgency or customer service. I stood in line for ten minutes and never moved. Ended up leaving and going to Brownstown.
