    Wanna talk about a place where the employees hate their lives and are the slowest in town. Well this is it, everytime I come in here nobody is happy. Always have a an attitude and always mad that people come in for business lol. Retire already

    Overall the staff is quick & efficient, I enjoy all the services provided, that being said, on a recent visit I was next up in line, I took a very brief call, my daughter called to see if I received the return qr codes, the person in front of me exited and said you can go up now, I assume Bob summoned me but I wasn't quick enough for him as I was in my cell for a millisecond, so as I proceeded up he walked away and deliberately busied himself doing other tasks by the back counter to make me wait a good 3 to 4 minutes then came back and rudely asked me if I was ready yet and continued the transaction with an attitude..so unacceptable..Im not one to be on a phone in public, it was a BRIEF and necessary call..I did not hold up the line or him.

    This is the worst location. I had a box and it needed to be taped and they wanted to charge me two dollars. I’ve gone to all different UPS stores and they never charged me to tape. They always said that I’m all taken care of. I’ll never go back to this place again if I could give them a zero I would.
