  Terrible service. I was told that UPS won't ship perfume. After returning to my car I looked that up and it says ground only, which I would have been fine with except I wasn't given that opportunity after waiting in line for 20 minutes. The only clerk in the store said we can't ship that. When I told him that UPS shipped it to me, he said he was sorry.

  If I could give this store a zero I absolutely would! Went in this morning 2/19, and was treated like a piece of trash! The lady that was behind the counter kept saying I was harassing her. This lady needs to lose her job! If the manager reads this please watch the video between 831am to 843am!

  Very rude representatives that work in this office. The only redeeming quality is the older woman who is so kind and caring each time I come in. The manager and other associates are just straight up rude. Are they not aware that Amazon returns are the bulk of what’s keeping them running and their paychecks flowing?
