    I came in on a Saturday and there was a long line, only one employee in the building. He was an older gentlemen and treated everyone kindly while having some frustrated customers in line. It must’ve been overwhelming with the line but he was very descriptive and answered all of my questions to complete a return.

    Overall the staff is quick & efficient, I enjoy all the services provided, that being said, on a recent visit I was next up in line, I took a very brief call, my daughter called to see if I received the return qr codes, the person in front of me exited and said you can go up now, I assume Bob summoned me but I wasn't quick enough for him as I was in my cell for a millisecond, so as I proceeded up he walked away and deliberately busied himself doing other tasks by the back counter to make me wait a good 3 to 4 minutes then came back and rudely asked me if I was ready yet and continued the transaction with an attitude..so unacceptable..Im not one to be on a phone in public, it was a BRIEF and necessary call..I did not hold up the line or him.
