I applied for credit on a website and didn't receive my paperwork until a month later due to this irresponsible post office. I manage a MHP and I've had tenants complain that their mail never gets delivered. My girlfriend and I have spoken to them numerous times to address these issues and nothing has changed.

I always try to precisely measure and weigh my packages before I purchase postage online but sometimes I may be slightly off. This office will weigh and measure everything and if you are 1 once over or a 1/4" over they WILL charge you the extra cost. The extra cost is not an issue for me, what bothers me is the extra amount of extra time it takes to drop off packages. Use the Perry or East Lansing Post offices for much faster service.
