- JRJmjm RrrrDec 3, 20251.0I agree with the other reviews. Customer service, specifically assistance, is noticeable and lacking at this location. Not at all a good representation of the organization. I will plan to go to UPS or Walgreens if dropping off a FedEx package.

I'm appalled that anyone would hire such a horrendous individual to run their business. I'm sure the manager, Mike, will single handily run this location into the ground. From the moment we walked in we clearly were an inconvenience to him. We politely asked for help which was returned with attitude. Mike is the worst employee I have ever come across and he also doesn't seem to understand how to do his job very well or how simple scanning of documents work. Mike is the worst!! I highly recommend avoiding this location at all cost and simply going to UPS instead!!! Will be calling customer service!!!
