- AAAmy1 day ago1.0USPS sucks you'll get a notification saying your package was delivered and it ain't even there . Then when you call the post office to make a complaint saying I didn't get my package and I was sitting right there when I saw the mail lady leave and she didn't leave my package and they didn't do anything they kept giving me the run-around..🤬
- SDSagar DaveApr 14, 20261.0Never going to return to this USPS again. I made an appt for passport services at 2:15pm and 2:30pm for my kids (5 months and 4 years old). My wife and I took a day off to get lot of work done and this was on my list for the day. I reach at the location at 2:10pm and the person at the desk "conveniently" tells me that we won't be able to provide services today; we're short of staff and I need to leave at 3pm today. and then when my wife said, "please, we took a day off" - they're like, "you can wait for 30 mins and we can see what we can do." I"m like what???? I had all my documentation in place and the reason I took an appt is because I also need photo services and this location had that capability!! I felt that the person was adamant that they didn't want to serve us. I can def talk to the manager more about my experience at this location. But, sorry, I'm never visiting this location again.

I put in a vacation hold, had a super expensive package arrive during that period, get scanned hold and then it was misdelivered 2 days later with the hold still active. The post office only paid me a 3rd of the amount due to "insurance" which I had no way of increasing despite admitting the package was lost. I've had another package loop back and forth through the system for almost a month and despite trying to get help with some way to send it back to sender so I can get a refund, they've been unhelpful and rude.
- CGc gJan 31, 20261.0Had to send some stuff out and needed a few things from the front desk. The uptight Urkel looking guy there was incredibly rude because I needed labels printed. I told him I'd just leave and do it somewhere else. Sorry you hate your life, big dawg. Hope things get better for you (not really) Avoid this place at all costs, unless you like being berated for needing the services they provide.
