I stopped in on January 2nd to have something notarized that was time-sensitive that I needed to mail back. Today, I received a letter back from the company stating they cannot accept my paperwork because the notary did not fill out the documents correctly. Now I have to start my process all over again. As someone who is a certified notary myself, this is an extremely straight forward process to follow.. Sign your name, stamp, and fill out any county/date info it’s asking for. Seeing as I was charged $10 to get 1 paper notarized, I did NOT go back and check. I just signed my name where I needed to, assumed the notary did her steps correctly, and sent it on its way. There is NEVER a reason someone should have to double check a notary’s work, ever. UPS— PLEASE educate your staff on the proper way to fill out notarization documents before allowing them to charge people money for their services. Now I need to get it notarized again and pay another $10 for something that should have been done correctly the first time.

So it was Westland paper articles on the table free. I used 5and the clerk said I was rude for using them. He was nasty and rude and told me I should have ask to use free paper. I have never experienced poor customer service here before. I will be taking this up to corporate. I will never come here again

After I emailed the label, the store rep began to print it and ring up the box before telling me the price. I did not know they charge $6.00 to print a label as I usually go to the Canton location where they print labels for free. She told me it would be $12.25. I was flabbergasted to say the least! I told her that was ridiculous. Needless to say, I left her and the label right there. I went to Walmart, bought a small box for under $3.00; and drove down the street to the Canton location. This is not the first time I had a bad experience at the Westland UPS. I will NOT be returning. #TOTALRIPOFF
