- ATanthony tiberiaSep 12, 20251.0Nicole the "manager" who was there today is easily the rudest person I have ever encountered at this Fedex location. I have been going to this location for YEARS sending the same exact type of item over and over again. Today Nicole wanted to fight about what I brought in which was a paintball marker. Her attitude was not only unprofessional she also was extremely unknowlegable of Fedex rules and when met with any questions on my end she grew angrier. I tried to tell her to show me the rule banning paintball markers from being shipped. She refused, I ask for her to call someone and check, she again refused. It wasn't until I hope I don't butcher her name Ianna stepped in and called someone to confirm then rules. I was extremely thankful for her without her I would never come back to Fedex again. She was patient and kind and even with everything going on she was genuinely nice.

When I walked in I was greeted by Chuck and Nicole. Both of them were amazing and gave me awesome customer service. They were very knowledgeable and gave me many different options for my transactions.They were just soo nice and welcoming.
