    This is a amazing place to get shipping done at! All of the workers are super nice and help you with whatever you need help with! The lady named Brandi was really sweet and quickly got my package shipped! 😊

    Fed Ex, this will be my last day using your service as today was the worst delivery transaction I've ever had. Dec 14th I delivered 3 separate packages, before leaving the center I double confirmed every name and address for each one. Today Dec 17th, one particular package was delivered to a whole different city with a whole different name. Thankfully the addressee was thoughtful enough to reach out and inform me there was an error in the delivery. The addressee agreed to alarm Fed Ex about the mistake, however, the addressee let it be known that Fed Ex was going to retrieve the package from their household to re deliver it, but they ended up going to the recipient address, that's two mistake made. Overall, I conducted a three-way conversation with the recipient, addressee and I to arrange a meet-up upon exchanging the package. Overall, Fed Ex you did a poor job handling this situation close to Christmas time and this will be my last using your service.
