When I visited the store, the manager (Tim) stated a reimbursement check was likely mailed as a result of the claim they filed, but UPS Store Corporate later confirmed no claim had been filed. The manager was dismissive and sarcastic when I asked about next steps. I have filed a formal complaint with UPS Store Corporate and am awaiting resolution. I hope the store files the claim and reimburses me promptly. Edit: After a few follow up visits and phone calls, UPS West Bloomfield did reimburse us for the lost package.
