    Visited this branch today, there were approximately 10-11 customers ahead of me. Everyone patient as there was only one employee working, Kendrick Lamar, who was calm and friendly, assisted each customer very pleasantly. The length of the line did not affect his customer service, which was enormously welcoming. His disposition exuded patience, which is needed in such situations.

    have to say, my experience with this post office was extremely frustrating. The lines are always long, the staff seems disorganized, and it feels like no one knows what they’re doing. Packages get delayed with no explanation, and customer service is unhelpful at best. It’s disappointing that such an essential service is handled so poorly. I wouldn’t recommend coming here unless you have hours to waste.
