- SGSherri GDec 24, 20252.0We had a disappointing experience at this location. We waited 10 minutes for the employee to help a customer in front of us. The employee was the same ethnicity as the person she was helping. He was very happy and gave her several compliments on how much he appreciated her help. When it was time for her to help us we were expecting the same level of customer service. Unfortunately, she would not help us. She told us we would have to go to another counter and tape on the return address. She carried our box over to another counter and left tape on top. There were no other customers in the store and we were not the same ethnicity as her. It's a shame that this is allowed in that store.

Get real, people are busy, staff your business to stay open during your posted hours. If you need to come to this office, I guess call ahead to make sure they’re going to be open when they say they are???
- TJTia JohnsonOct 29, 20251.0I hate FedEX, always have because they seem to have the most careless, incompetent drivers when it comes to delivering your packages safely and to the right address. Calling their customer service will get you nowhere. It’d literally been like this for years. I don’t know how they’re still in business. Now I have to deal with Walmart, customer service, then their third-party customer service, now my bank because I never got my item because it was dropped off at the wrong address!

I forgot to include something in the original packing, but adding it and modifying the first transaction was no problem at all. Would highly recommend this location! All the staff there were very helpful.
