- RBReese Bryan1 day ago1.0They need to stay open 2 to 3 hours more open during the week because I showed up at 7:30pm and obviously they are closed at 5:30 that barely gives them money a day.
- JMJacob M3 days ago1.0Came to get help as I haven’t been receiving all my mail, was met with an apathetic postal worker with a comprehension issue. If you need postal assistance skip this place altogether and go straight to Westland post office.
- SHShannon HApr 22, 20261.0This place is the reason why the USPS struggles in modern day and people prefer UPS or fedex competitors. They moved SOOOOO slow. It was another lady who decided to not help with the line Nina. Sat there and talked to Vern about how she’s ready for lunch and how good her Burger King whopper was the other day instead of helping her move the line. She looked at the line and intentionally sat there doing nothing on her phone. What a joke?? Are you not at work?? Sitting up front just looking around. People are running errands no one wants to drop off mail and have to wait 30 minutes. It was absolutely ridiculous how slow they moved. Then the printer machine wasn’t working but Vern at least tried to speed it up, the other lady should just be at home since she doesn’t want to work.

- KPk prieskApr 1, 20261.0Saturday I took a return up to the Wayne Post office. My wide had printed a 6x6 prepaid return label and affixed it to the package. I was the only customer in the Post Office. The postal employee must had or was having a bad day. He placed the package on his scale and said it’s not paid for. I asked what would the cost be? He said I’d have to call the company I was sending the package to. The label said “Pre Paid”. I drove to the Westland Post Office and a pleasant Postal employee scanned the label and said “ You’re all set is the anything else?” Two totally different experiences. I won’t waste my time anymore with the Wayne post office.
