He told him to look it up but he didn't know how. He walked away and I decided to help him. It took 10 seconds, there was only one person in line. Bret needs to learn that he can do more than what his job is because that's what he told me that it isn't his job to help him with that. People like Bret should not be dealing with the public. Sham on you Bret, I'm not even going to mention what he said to me, he came across very pompously and smug!

Every single time I have gone here she has been so rude and nasty. I now drive out of way to go to the Westland office because she is that bad. She needs fired asap.
