This is my convenient, local post office. I do NOT have time for rude people. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR ENERGY COMING TO THE WAYNE POST OFFICE (unless you want to be treated like trash)! - NWNakia WilliamsJun 3, 20231.0Tried to send two small packages via First Class packed in Amazon Prime bubble mailers. No old labels or barcodes visible, they were just colored orange and white instead of the usual blue and white due to a promotion at the time. Once I got here the woman insisted that they could only be sent via Priority because of...the color?? Because "red and white" are for Priority, even though I've used similar packaging and colors before with no problem and they don't say Priority anywhere on them. I tried to explain it's recycled packaging and I've used it before, but she insisted there'll be an extra charge (these were already paid for and labeled). Had to go home and waste more packing material to appease this woman. I've never heard of shipping methods being decided solely on the color of a package. Too many of the workers here are totally clueless, and that's without mentioning that there's usually only one person working and this building is ancient, so no air conditioning or self service areas. I've just started avoiding this PO now when I can.
- AGAndrew GrosjeanJun 22, 20174.0It's a good place for shipping just don't go shipping a couple here 😂 the folks are informative and nice however aren't the happiest it can seem a bit depressing but they have wonderful service my packages arrive right on time never had a delayed one or got it lost infact for a mail service it was actually awesome that it arrived in only two days instead of the estimated three anyway shipping is great it could use some new blood behavior but over all a great place.
