- MHMakaila HuffmanApr 17, 20261.0I went in yesterday to renew my passport to my married name for an upcoming trip. I had all my paperwork filled out and all the documents i needed. The older lady with short hair was kind in the beginning and then was confused and kept going into the back to a lady with longer brown hair and kept telling me i filled out the wrong one and need a completely new passport application (even though the one i filled out kept reiterating it was for name change) & i went to start filling out a new one until i looked it up on travel.us.gov and it said i needed the DS-82 form (which i had) and thats where everything went south, when i said that they told me i was wrong and they’d turn it in but when id DOES come back rejected i will have to pay for it again. Needless to say, i walked out called and talked to a man from the travel.us.gov website and they said the girls at the post office where wrong and i had it filled out right and had all the documents. My parents had a similar interaction with these girls - they’re clueless to the passport world and should be better education in that department and learning to not have attitudes.

When I was there to get the passport process going they were very patient and we even got started early since I showed up early. Personally I don't understand why some folks have issues with the employees here, they've been nothing short of great to me.

I left the extra money they asked for and they took it but didn’t leave my package. They say they can’t find my address, dude, you’ve delivered packages here to my address many times before, and now I’m having a thousand problems with my most valuable packages. Terrible delivery service

Then, I asked to borrow some tape because my package ripped and she claimed they didn’t have any and made me buy some when I saw the tape sitting right in front of her and just needed a small piece. Won’t go back. This was an older lady with shoulder length white hair.
