- DSD SJan 31, 20251.0I will never deal with my hometown post office again! I’ve had nothing but bad expierences with them. My daughter had a late Christmas present coming and it showed from the company that it was delivered to my steps but wasn’t! I called post office the “POSTMASTER” told me when could pinpoint where “Karen” had left the package, he said… sure enough it was delivered but it wasn’t your address she dropped the package off. Then accepted no accountability for his employee just dropping off a very pricey gift at the wrong address!!!! No I’m sorry or anything! Then proceeded to tell me to either take it up with the company I bought gift from, or my bank! Totally irresponsible people! I’ll be going to Coloma or South Haven from now on!
