Then he weighs it, and tells me it's too heavy, I need to fill out a different form and it will cost more. I wish he had figured that out beforehand, but that's fine. I pay, and THEN he goes over the contents list and informs me I can't mail candles, and I'll have to remove them. Again, I wish we had figured that out beforehand. I remove the candles, which are heavy. He refuses to weigh the package again, even though it is now significantly lighter, and it is likely in a lower weight bracket. I feel like I paid extra to ship items I wasn't able to ship. Extremely dissatisfied.
