The clerk did not want to do his job and still doesn't. Doesn't even know what the process is or what forms need to be filled out to achieve cancellation.

I needed to send a package to a friend so I stopped in I had it all ready to go but I wanted an extra strip of tape to secure the opening jic they told me to use the tape on the counter so I did then when I got up front to pay the manager insisted I had to pay the priority price instead of what I would have just because of the tape. I asked why he hadnt told me that and he just smiled and said id have to rip the tape off if I wanted the cheaper price which would have torn the package so I just let it go and got stuck paying more money because of it.
