Had to retreat and go to the post office. Post office was $11.90 and the UPS Store wanted $22.00. No added value, just cost at The UPS Store. Sorry UPS Store, just being honest.

Apparently the clerk only scanned one of the returns, not both. I contacted Amazon Customer Service, while they received the one item that was scanned, they stated they didn't receive the second item. I ended up being charged for the item, even thought I followed the instructions and dropped it off.
