- FUFernanda UrbaniOct 1, 20251.0This place is an absolute joke, employees especially. I had a 10am passport appointment scheduled for my 3 month old. I arrived 10 minutes early with my husband and child , as requested on the website, and was told to wait because the other attendant had not arrived yet. 10:05 and I still have not been helped. After waiting for 20 minutes finally someone was able to help us and I was very upset because both my husband and I needed to be at work at 10:30 specifically because of the 10 am appt. I expressed my feelings and then the attendant, Kelly, said she would no longer help us and we would have to go to a different location. They said I was yelling which was a total lie. As a customer who had been waiting for 20 minutes with a crying baby should have been treated with more understanding. We asked to apologize but she would not even come up to the front. Absolutely unprofessional. Just goes to show how government employees don't care about customer service or the customer.
