- CCChris Case1 day ago1.0On multiple occasions I get mail addressed to others, but when they get a piece of mail addressed to me with one digit off they send it back. I have had the same address for 32 years and yet nobody takes the initiative in the name of customer service. No wonder the post office is heading towards bankruptcy. Since these inept skills have shown I use the USPS as little as possible. If I could give less than one star I would because even that would still be a gift.
