We have been going back and forth about our packages being left in the snow. We have asked nicely to please not to leave packages in the snow, since we get many deliveries for my husbands business. Finely we got a letter saying our dogs are unleashed and they are not comfortable delivering packages, WHICH has never happened in the 3 years we have lived here. The forth time I spoke with the supervisor, Darren who was nothing but a condescending, rude individual that wanted to correct ever point I made. Did nothing but suggest leaving a box for packages at the end of our driveway since his employees are too lazy to drive down our driveway to actual deliver the packages.

Mail goes undelivered, returned, stolen, badly damaged repeatedly for 12 years. Today a gift card mailed to family November 12, 2025 returned badly damaged 3 months later. Family still lives at Same address property owned by family. Nothing has changed. Postal issues experienced via Walled Lake post office do not happen anywhere else in the country. Mail to northern Michigan addresses every week NEVER have an issue. USPS please investigate the Walled Lake Michigan post office for the chronic poor performance. We pay for the service and Walled Lake MI postal office has something systemically wrong

- CRcarter reaJan 26, 20261.0Phones are not on during business hours. We have priority mail coming with our daughter’s formula in it and cannot get a hold of anyone to see if we can pick it up. Rescheduled delivery for the 24th, no updates on tracking since.
