Yesterday I had outdoor light strands stuck in their wedged in. I have left notes but we have several different people delivering out here for some reason and I don't know who's gotten it or not but there's only one girl that brings things to the house and I appreciate that.I would appreciate not having things that are not made to put in the mailbox wedged in there anymore thank you

I called to inquire about an issue with not receiving my mail for several weeks now, only to be met with the most abysmal attitude just for asking questions on where it was. Look at all the previous reviews here and you will see this is a common issue with them not knowing how to their jobs and frequently losing customers mail. If I could give a 0 star review I would. The man that answered the phone this morning should be FIRED!!
- KKKc KonukApr 24, 20191.0I am highly dissatisfied with the garbage automated phone service I can never get through to an actual person and my issue is never resolved with the automated system my frustration level is very high due to this fact The packages I have shipped to me can easily fit in the mailbox but are left not in the mailbox my work hours forbade me to me the Post Office closing date at 4:00 p.m. When highly recommend Post Office hours to be longer or packages dropped off
