Today for some reason they did not call my father in the early morning to notify them of delivery. They instead delivered the 3 day old chicks on his door step in February(his phone number was on the box and they have always called in past years). A couple of the chicks did not make it. Although it is unusually warm in February this week, 40 degrees is still too cold out for baby chicks to be left outside without heat. No compassion at this place.
