- RCRobin CederquistApr 20, 20261.0Your call center is atrocious. I live in an extremely small town. Trying to get an actual live person on the phone is ridiculously hard. I have to continually ask to speak to an agent then get told my wait time is 16 minutes. 16 minutes to talk to a postal worker that is sitting at the counter and been not busy all day and received no calls all day.

- BMBradley MillerMar 23, 20261.0The hours for this post office are ridiculous. anyone who actually does anything in the day or has a job is hardly ever going to be able to find time to get here. I have a package that they randomly decided couldn't be brought to the house (after NO trouble bringing any other package.) and i now have to find a way to work it into my schedule to get into the four-hour window of time that this place is open. I am so upset.

The hours for this office is set up by the higher ups in Washington. It can be worst because one day they will close this office and you will be driving to Gaylord. Unfortunately these employees have to deal with rude people like the ones that make bad comments. And considering they don’t do very much business. Why would they be open all day Saturday?
- RRRonald RaymondJun 12, 20211.0I’m not sure who’s bright idea it was to set the office hours to this location. Mon-fri closes at 3pm sat open from 9-10am. Has it clued in on you people that normal people get out of work at 5pm an god forbid u have to work sat morning.
