- SPSam PapiApr 3, 20251.0Lived in multiple states and have had multiple PO boxes and didnt know that a post office could suck this bad. Very poor customer service, half of the time they lock the door so you cant access your PO Box after hours, i paid the $60+ at the beginning of the year just to have them change the lock on my box with no warning. Avoid using this post office if you want to be able to access your mail
- AHAndy hoodJun 15, 20231.0This place is an absolute joke. I highly recommend that you pay the extra $20 to have your packages shipped with FedEx or UPS if you want it at a decent time. I've had multiple packages in the past 6 months just magically disappear after I got notice that it arrived at the post office. Ohh and the hours are garage. If you work any sort of normal hours you won't be able to get your packages because they close at 3.

My only complaint with this office would have to be with their headquarters in regards to the hours that are set for this location. Even one day a week, like a Wednesday or something that they are open from like 5:00 to 6:00 just so that normal, working people have a chance to pick up their packages, would go great to solving a lot of the negatives people have about this location.

The hours for this office is set up by the higher ups in Washington. It can be worst because one day they will close this office and you will be driving to Gaylord. Unfortunately these employees have to deal with rude people like the ones that make bad comments. And considering they don’t do very much business. Why would they be open all day Saturday?
- RRRonald RaymondJun 12, 20211.0I’m not sure who’s bright idea it was to set the office hours to this location. Mon-fri closes at 3pm sat open from 9-10am. Has it clued in on you people that normal people get out of work at 5pm an god forbid u have to work sat morning.
