But instead they give you a yellow slip to come in and get your package. We can't afford to take time of work to get our mail. We pay outrageous amounts to get our mail already.

The hours for this office is set up by the higher ups in Washington. It can be worst because one day they will close this office and you will be driving to Gaylord. Unfortunately these employees have to deal with rude people like the ones that make bad comments. And considering they don’t do very much business. Why would they be open all day Saturday?
