Will be up there Monday to complain to whoever in person. This is bullshit. Your employees are lazy and borderline useless. Unfortunate for me that I have to deal with you people.

I wanted something near and quick and my first impression was the person working named William Lockett who has been nothing but an awesome employee. took care of me on my package that needs to be send and was being helpful when asking questions. For those who are in the Utica area and want to send your package, look no further. First impression is a lasting impression and it shows! Good work William keep it up!!
