- JYJamie YocumJan 2, 20265.0This is the best post office in the area. There’s no lines, staff (shout out to Will!) is helpful, quick, and friendly. Other locations in the area have long lines and grumpy employees. Take a few extra minutes to visit the Utica USPS!
- AWAnnabelle WentworthDec 14, 20251.0Had a really bad time in here the other day. I've never mailed anything out, so I had gone to the counter to ask the associate for help. The lady told me she was unable to help me until I filled out the envelope I had in my hand that I was going to buy to mail my item out in. After listening to her, I told her I filled it out and she then informs me that they're unable to send the item I had wanted out (which is fine), but then she makes me pay for the envelope. Even though originally I approached the counter without it filled out and she instructed me to fill it out before she would even answer my questions or help me. The customer service at this location is absolutely awful. I recommend going to other locations.

- RPRodney PickensSep 3, 20255.0At first I was scared looking at the review by the date 9/3/25 it currently has 2.5 out of 5 stars and I was a little hesitant about going in there when I go to the Rochester one (which has really good ratings). I wanted something near and quick and my first impression was the person working named William Lockett who has been nothing but an awesome employee. took care of me on my package that needs to be send and was being helpful when asking questions. For those who are in the Utica area and want to send your package, look no further. First impression is a lasting impression and it shows! Good work William keep it up!!
