I run my own business and sometimes I get up to 60+ orders a day that need to be shipped out, when I asked if I get a receipt to confirm that I sent out the packages she seemed very irritated but INSISTED that it was no problem and wouldn’t take a lot of time even though I had told her prior how many packages I would need to ship out. By the 20th package she is acting super annoyed and starts making comments under her breath. I continue to bring in more which is when she started talking to me like a child explaining how she wanted me to wait in the 30 minute line each load of packages I brought in, ridiculous. Maybe it’s hard to believe a 16 year old is smarter than a 2 year old, but I hope you would treat all customers with respect and clarity.
