- TMTed MetreApr 1, 20261.0I tried contacting the Twin Lakes Post Office but was unable to reach them. The phone number I found online was disconnected. I then called the number the Postmaster had previously given me as his personal line (after earlier delivery issues), but it prompted for a code that I didn’t have. Several months ago, I requested that all my mail be redirected to a P.O. Box because my regular mail carrier couldn’t reliably deliver my mail into my mailbox and or bother to close the door on the mail box. Despite that request, I continue to receive mail delivered to my street address, including pieces sent just days ago. Unfortunately, the USPS has become an unreliable “mail and pray” service. Going forward, I will only use USPS when it is the absolute last option, as I can no longer depend on them for consistent delivery. What a shame the post office used to be a great organization and now they are trash.
