Both of the people working the kiosk were extremely patient. They saved my invitations before they were mailed out; helping ensure safe delivery. One of the workers, I believe his name was Masum? Took the time to really make sure we were all set. I’m so used to rude post office people and they restored my faith.

Everything time go in to use the package drop off collection receptacles, they're always locked. 4/4 times the last two weeks. Never have this issue in royal oak or Birmingham

Went after hours to use the kiosk so can't comment on the staff. Several kiosks available, along with priority mail shipping supplies. Extremely convenient (wish ALL locations had several kiosks). I noticed they also had a separate passport counter (most locations don't). Ample parking. Nothing bad to say.

Went in today March 12th 2026 around 3:30pm for my passport appointment. The man processing paperwork and the application today was very nice and helpful. Unfortunately I forgot to ask for his name. But he was very polite and helpful, made the application process very easy. Thank you! ☺️

This office won’t deliver an important package to my residence. After inputting the tracking number on the USPS website, it said the package was “Delivered, Left with Individual” a few days ago, which did not happen.
I drove to the office to speak with the clerk and gave them my tracking number. The clerk said that the package is still out for delivery, which contradicts what I am seeing on the website. I don’t understand why I am given wrong information by the tracking system or the clerk.
