She thinks she is doing favor of their customers by being present there at the store, somebody should tell her that she gets paid for her job.. anyway went to UPS and got the job done. Thank you UPS.

I just had a simple letter to send out with the labels printed and ready to go and she was real snippy getting it together. No excuse for this behavior in a field where you work with people.

Instead of focusing on good customer service, the employees and the manager constantly talk loud about their personal lives amongst each other. This is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I honestly do not care to hear about the fight they had with their husbands the night before while I am standing on line. This is the worst fed ex to go to in my opinion. Even though it’s right around the corner from my house, I honestly hate coming here!
